Seating
Seating is not assigned on any of our vessels however, cabin crew will provide seating close to an accessible washroom or any other area in the cabin that you desire.
Assistance Services
You may request a cabin crew member help guide you to a seat, to and from the washroom, or to assist you with your carry-on baggage. Cabin crew will describe your surroundings and explain what to do in the event of an emergency. Cabin crew will also periodically check on you to ensure you have a comfortable voyage.
If you are travelling with a service animal, please review our section on service animals to ensure you have the required documentation.
If you have any special needs, kindly advise us at the time of booking, again at check-in, and notify a cabin crew member upon boarding.
Safety Briefings
Once onboard the vessel, our cabin crew will provide an individual safety briefing. Supplemental briefing cards are also available in Braille or large-print format on all Northumberland Ferries Limited vessels.
